My Favorite At Home Workouts

 I prefer an at home workout ANY DAY over going to a gym. I really use this time to nourish my body and spoil my soul. I’ll light a candle, wear the comfiest minimalist of clothes, pump up the tropical house, and have my workout buddy Morty at my feet. I make sure to create an ambiance that my nervous system will thrive in. I love the following workouts because they work with my body’s constitution the best. Mostly, extreme sweating and heat irritates the hell out of my skin. These workouts are gems for toning the body, boosting blood flow, eliminating toxins, and above all liberating those sweet endorphins. All of that goodness, within your own sacred space!
